    Love God.

When asked which commandment is the most important, Jesus responded, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength."

    Following Jesus Together

Church is about so much more than big buildings and impressive programs. Sure, it's great to have a place to meet and stuff to do while you're there, but nothing compares to knowing, loving, and following Jesus together. We flourish when Jesus is at the center of everything we say and do, when we're living with an awareness that he is the wellspring of abundant life.

One of the things we've learned is that following Jesus is impossible to do alone. It takes a community. Jesus knew that so he started the church. The church is not a building or an organization per se. It's a group of people who have banded together to carry out Jesus's mission in the world: to let people know God loves them.

    Saying Thank You

Worship is an expression of gratitude for all that God has done for us in Christ. It's what happens when our church comes together on Sundays. We meet so we can say say thank you to God and be reminded that there is no greater love in the universe than the love we've found in him. In fact, the knowledge that God loves us fuels our desire to share his love with others. And church is the place where our memory and experience of God's love is constantly refreshed.

    Finding Your Yes

Loving God is a lifelong endeavor. Some would call it a pursuit. More than anything, loving God is the "Yes." we say to Jesus Christ when he comes knocking on the door of our hearts. It's the yes that brings us back into the family of God and empowers us to love others
